This privacy policy describes how PronovaTech ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our software portal at software.pronovatech.com.
Information We Collect
- Account information — name, email, and password (hashed) when you register.
- Payment details — processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card numbers.
- License + device information — when our licensed software calls our validation API, we record the machine identifier, machine name, and operating system to enforce per-device licensing.
- Usage logs — IP address and timestamps of administrative actions for security auditing.
How We Use Information
- To deliver, validate, and renew your software licenses
- To send you service notifications (order confirmations, license keys, billing notices)
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To comply with our legal obligations
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — to process payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Service providers who help us operate the portal (hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Data Retention
We keep account and license data for as long as your account is active. Audit logs are retained for up to two years. Outbound email logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@pronovatech.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS, encrypted secret storage, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on this page.
