Terms of Service

By creating an account on software.pronovatech.com and using PronovaTech software, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may use one account per organization.

2. License

Each license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed software in accordance with the edition (per-device or per-user) and billing model you purchased. Subscription licenses remain valid for the duration of your active subscription. Perpetual licenses do not expire but do not include version upgrades beyond the major version sold.

3. Trials

Free trials are time-limited and convert to paid only if you choose to upgrade. We limit trials to one per product per account.

4. Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring fees on each renewal date until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion, generally within 14 days of purchase if the software has not been substantially used. Contact support@pronovatech.com for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software
  • Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software
  • Use the software to break the law or infringe rights of others
  • Probe, scan, or stress-test our infrastructure beyond normal use

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
